For water shutout and ventilation of manholes – FRK-3
Increasingly long term and extremely strong rain events show changes meteorologistfor long already predicted climatic changes. That is why operators of sewage systems again have the task to find technological and practical solutions. At a water level of 10mm on the streets 17m³/h are flowing into the ventilation openings of a manhole cover (Video Waco). With the water shutout systemFRK-3 of Unitechnicsthe sewage system will automatically and reliably protected from intrusion of surface water at the same time as the ventilation after DIN still can be provided to prevent corrosion.
For manholes in flooding areas: FRK-Ü100/ FRK-Ü200
The water shutout systemsFRK-Ü100 and FRK-Ü200 of Unitechnics provide the same features as the FRK-3 of Unitechnics only that higher water levels above the manhole cover can be sustained. This is achieved by a stronger design. FRK-Ü100 can be used up to water levels of 1m the FRK-Ü200 to water levels of 2m, e. g. in flooded areas.
For complete closure of manholes: FRV
The water shutout system FRV of Unitechnics closes the manhole completely and is used in manholes where the ventilation after DIN is temporarily or constantly not necessary. This can also be used in case of emergencies where manholes have to be shut very quickly e.g. oil leakages.
For complete closure of manholes in flooded areas: FRV
The water shutout systemsFRV-Ü100 and FRV-Ü200 of Unitechnics provide the same features as the FRV of Unitechnics only that higher water levels above the manhole cover can be sustained. This is achieved by a stronger design. FRV-Ü100 can be used up to water levels of 1m the FRV-Ü200 to water levels of 2m, e. g. in flooded areas.
For road gullies round/edged or any other form: HVS
The water shutout system HVS of Unitechnics closes road gullies completely. In case of flooding or emergencies with leakages this can be easily inserted below the cover.
To quantify the water that flows into your manholes – WaCo
The UnitechnicsWaCo (Watercounter) measures the amount of water that is actually flowing through the ventilation openings into a manhole cover. At a water level of 10mm on the streets this can be more than 17m³/h. The WaCo can be installed below the cover of any manhole and does not need any external energy supply. Measuring times are usually 3-6 months.
