For Pumping Stations – Amorphous Covering System

With the Amorphous Covering System (ADS) Unitechnics has developed a solution against Odour and corrosion in pumping stations. It consists of millions of plastic spheres the swim on the surface of the water and devide fluid and gas phase in the pumping station. The ADS supports grease decomposition and prevents the building of grease collars. The cooperation of physical and biochemical effects leads to high degrees of efficiency.Through the special system structure big surfaces can be protected effectively. The Amorphous Covering System (ADS) prevents the emission of H2S into the gas phase oft hepumping station. Together with Odour cushioning systems for manholes this system provides a complex solution against Odour and corrosion for the complete sewage and drainage system.
For Manholes – Installation at the head of the Manhole – FVAK

The odour cushioning system FVAK of Unitechnics avoids Odour molestations frommanhole shafts. The advantage to other systems on the market is first that the FVAK does NOT need any consumable materials. Secondly the system can be built exactly to the odour concentration at the manhole allowing the maximum ventilation with minimal odourmolestationl. The system will be installed directly below the manhole cover and does not need to be especially maintained. Rain water flushes the FVAK automatically free from all the sulfur that was adsorbed in the FVAK.
For Manholes – Installation at the ground of the Manhole – FVA-2

Hydrogen Sulfor(H2S) is a stinking and toxic gas, that leads – by biochemical processes from a concentration of 0,5ppm on – to biogenic sulforacid corrosion, which damages sewage constructions. The Odour cushioning system FVA-2 of Unitechnics will be installed exactly at the root oft heproblem: directly above pipe top at the bottom of the manhole. Refurbished and new manholes can be protected above this product WITHOUT any cunsomable materials. The emissions of hydrogen sulfur are “defused”: By Adsorbing and harmless biochemical dissolution at the walls of the canal pipes.
Forroadgullies – GVS-K2

In combinedsystems you also have to mind the road gullies for odour protection. Especially when the manhole is closed with odour cushioning systems (see Unitechnics FVAK) the gas wants to ventilate through the road gullies. The Odour shutout system GVS-K2 of Unitechnics avoidsodoursfrom road gullies by cutting off gas ventilation through directly in the inlet pipe. A silicon flap shuts out stinking odours from the sewers. Rain waterdrainageis not impairedbythissystem.
Against odours fromhome connections and minor collecting pipes – GVK

The odour shutout system GVK of Unitechnics avoids odour molestations from back ventilation out of main pipes into minor pipes and home connections. It does not impair sewage water drainage but prevents back ventilation of gases into minor pipes or home connections by usage of silicone flaps.
Against odours fromrain falling pipes – GVF

The odour shutout system GVF von Unitechnics avoids odour molestations fromrain falling pipes, connected to combined systems. It shuts the rain falling pipe off reliably against back ventilation of odours and at the same time lets water pass into the sewage system.

Against odour from ventilation pipes – GDP
